My complete Hourly Comic Day 2015

Whew! I did it.

Well, officially I didn’t do it, because I was over-ambitious with how much I wanted to depict (so what’s new?).

I only managed to finish off the last three pages today, so I am posting my complete Hourly Comic Day comic 24 hours late. Here it is.

It’s now past my bedtime, so I will save any sparkling insights for later, and let the pictures speak for themselves. (I just spotted a spelling mistake. Never mind! Bed!)

As always, click if you’d like to see them bigger.

  1. Really enjoyed your post, especially the part about your Mould Patrol – it’s good to hear we’re not alone! Brighton is like a true mould sanctuary or like that Millenium Seed Bank they have at Kew. We’re a Millenium Mould Bank and one day all the new antibiotics in all the world will be found patiently waiting in the bungaroosh of Brighton.

    All best wishes

    1. Ha ha, it’s all true. It makes me laugh, slightly, when I think how coming to live by the sea is a dream for many. I don’t think they factor in the fungi.

  2. I can feel your tiredness through the comics. I mean that in a good way, because of all the work you put into it. I appreciate your drawing style and I actually printed out the picture of the runner to study, because I find that a really hard pose to draw. Thank you for your efforts!

    1. Ha, thank you! It definitely gets sketchier towards the end. Now if you look carefully at the runner you’ll see that I drew one leg too long!

  3. “Wook at da wittle kippen” – some things are universal:) very fun to read & impressive- I’ve done one multi-panel stick figure comic & it took me for-ev-er. Get to that comics fest!
